I trained in foot reflexology and relaxing massage with essential oils at MétaMorphose and the C.E.R. (Centre d’Étude de Réflexologie); I also trained in hand reflexology (C.E.R.), followed an introduction to traditional Chinese medicine and its applications to foot reflexology, and completed an introduction to Shiatsu (KAJUDO).
Many things happened in my life and family that gradually led me toward alternative therapies and gentle natural approaches. I first became interested in aromatherapy and homeopathy. Then, quite naturally, in 2011, I trained in relaxing massage with essential oils and in foot reflexology, which became a true passion.
In 2012, I began putting my passion into practice, first with home visits and, since 2015, in my own practice. The work accomplished so far has been a great source of satisfaction for me.
I hope to continue sharing the know-how of my hands with you for a long time, bringing peace to both body and mind.
